Is there anything more romantic than the garden rose? Garden roses are a completely different flower from traditional greenhouse roses! Of all the flowers in the industry, mass market roses are poor facsimiles of their historical counterparts; so lifeless and heavily sprayed they conjure floral mummies wrapped in plastic. Garden roses posess a truly natural beauty with charm, grace, whimsy, and beautiful fragrances that imported wholesale cannot match. As with all things, however, there is a cost. They are not bulletproof and their vase life is more fleeting. Hybrid teas will last about a week in the vase but the English style garden roses are recommended for event work only and will have best results if kept in a professional cooler.
